PT. Money Within Development had the opportunity to deliver a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System Training for Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia as part of a shared commitment to strengthening effective and sustainable program management. The training aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of key M&E concepts, frameworks, and practical tools, including indicator development, data collection methods, and structured analysis and reporting of program results.

Through this training, participants were equipped not only with conceptual knowledge but also with practical skills tailored to their organizational context and program needs. Using a participatory and experience-based approach, the training encouraged active learning and reflection, enabling the M&E system to function as a tool for internal learning, evidence-based decision-making, and strengthened transparency and accountability in the implementation of Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia’s social programs.
